Meet Your Esthetician/ Makeup Artist 

Alyssa Mocas-Miller

Hello! I am a 25 year old wife, mom of two under two (ha ha, send coffee), business owner, esthetician & makeup artist. I have a passion for making people feel beautiful and confident. My passion stems from my mom, Amy. When I was little I used to sit and watch her "put her face on" every day. She never left the house without lipstick on. She has not changed, lol. Anyway, I loved the vibes of chit chatting while getting ready and just being girls together. I began competitive cheerleading at a young age and with this came some serious makeup! I just loved putting it on and it would make me feel so confident. Fast forward to High School I was in competitive show choir at Center Grove. Again, some serious makeup! I mastered the look and always had other girls asking me to do their makeup, which then spiraled into me doing everyones homecoming and prom makeup... which then led me to weddings... and then to getting my Esthetics license right after I graduated. I thought I wanted to be a nurse, but turns out I'm better with helping people in the makeup/ skincare department. My best friend is a nurse though, so I still get all of the stories! I fell in love with skincare in Esthetician school and decided to really deep dive into it once I obtained my license. I worked for a small business for 4 years after graduating from Aveda in 2019. In 2022 I had my first baby, Colton, and decided to open my own small solo practice, Mocas Esthetics! My goal is to create a welcoming, safe environment where people can come, turn off their brains and just enjoy being pampered.
